Unless you are looking for one or have seen an old map and know about where it should be, finding an old remnant of a highway is sometimes difficult. Here is a remnant of the old Lincoln Highway in LaPorte County, near State Road 2 and east of the town of LaPorte. The road (CR 450 now) used to go straight instead of turning as it does now. The remnant appears to be someone’s driveway now.
